The third video where it's starting to sprout off-shoots seems really important. It looks to me like the fibers are responding to electromagnetic fields. Which I would assume is coming from 5g and our home electronics/computers. It seems to me like this tech is receiving at least some of its self-assembling instructions through wifi.
