There's something about Seattle

As I eagerly await my new microscope camera, I while away the hours, wistfully drawing Q-dots in the condensation on my window pane. Yesterday however, I was enjoying the unseasonably mild and sunny weather when I peered up between the towering high-rises encircling my block and spied those telltale wisps and tendrils that signified another dramatic weather display. After paying close attention and photgraphing these incidents for well over a year, I’ve come to some personal conclusions: Some days the sky bastards just empty out the tankers. Some days they’re a bit more discrete, and other days they appear to do nothing at all. Ive noted weeks long intervals of innativity. Living along the Pacific Coast all my life, it'sdistinctive weather moods and modalities have become imprinted on my psyche. In many ways its all I’ve known.

That’s why I feel like a raving madman on days like these, when I simply look up and witness such unusual activity, so foreign and unreal. Yet, when I scan the eyes of those around me, nobody seems to be taking any notice. I fully ascribe to the claims that experiments in weather manipulation have been a reality for decades, but I also firmly believe were presently witnessing a full-tilt acceleration of those programs; brazen, reckless and carried out in full view.

This brings to mind two disturbing notions:

1. Whatever THEY are trying to achieve, they seem fully committed to a kind of “endgame” like blitz. Or else, their project has advanced to a stage from which things will never scale back to what we may have considered normal.

2. THEY are likely entirely cognizant of the public’s state of inattentivness. Determinations having been made about the viability of escalating to these extremes without fear of substantive resistance. Unfortunately, THEY may be all too correct in this analysis.

I also get a sense that the PNW may hold some particular strategic/geographic significance. I imagine it relates to marine coastal patterns and our orientation to other significant locations such as HAARP up in AK. Whatever it is, it isn’t normal or natural. My environment is being deliberately tampered with, and in all likelihood, so is yours. So what comes next?
